Rugby players and supporters – Can you help?

Some University of Otago PE Researchers are in the process of developing a rugby based healthy lifestyle programme which aims to help men make healthy changes to their diet and physical activity levels. It will be called Rugby Fans in Training (RuFIT). 

To help them develop the programme they would like to speak to male rugby fans to get their thoughts on whether what they are planning to include in the programme is appropriate and to also get their ideas on what should be included. They are planning to run some group discussions with men that are interested in helping them out.

At this stage they need to get information on the research out to male rugby people (any age between 18-65 years) so that they can get people to participate in their discussions.
