Register to play junior rugby

You can now register for the 2026.

If your child played last year, simply log into your Xplorer account and select 'Register', and search Southern Rugby Football Club, Otago.

You (the parent) will need to create a profile in Xplorer
You will then need to add each of your children to your profile. Please take care when entering their details such as date of birth as this can not be changed easily.
Once you have profiles for your kids, select ‘Register’, ‘Find a club’ and search for Southern Rugby Football Club (and make sure to select the one that has Otago, ORU Highlanders underneath)
When you get to the school section, click on Not Applicable if you can't find their school
When you get to the end there will be a note about payments, select the top check box that says you will organise payment with your club directly
Please pay your fees via internet banking, 2026 fees are $50 per child

2026 Season Key information:

Player fees for the season are $50 per child
Fees include a SRFC training top and mouthguard
You will need to advise your childs top size when you register so these can be ordered asap (Y4, 6, 8, 10, 12, XS, S, M, L, XL)
Fees are payable during the Xplorer registration process, or via our bank account
Playing socks are an additional $20 and can be purchased from the club
You can also register in-person at the Southern Club rooms, Bathgate Park, dates TBC
